In East Vancouver, there was a time when many houses were painted in a pale green colour. We found it on our house inside and out during renovations, and there are many houses in our neighbourhood that still show the colour, although it seems to be disappearing from the scene.
Wandering around in Puerto Natales, Chile, we have found this colour to be alive and well, and probably dating from about the same time in East Vancouver (just a guess). Here are some photos of Puerto Natales architecture.
Bring a couple of cans of that green back, we paint Tamarisk . Lovely colour. Did you visit Alejandro and his 100 old house? I think parts are green also.
