Our route to Fes was through beautiful countryside with enough small villages to find a coffee or a cold drink and something to eat along the way. But it was hot –Mid-30s every day – and a challenge to find a place to sleep or camp.
Desperate times bring on desperate measures. After 97 km and 10 hours in the sun we needed shade. Having no luck finding accommodation or camping, this dry culvert offered respite.
